We all took some shade yesterday in Alpedrinha, a small village on the edge of the Serra da Gardunha. Life is good out here, Jini has embarked upon a course of homeopathic medicine and is taking her tablets religiously. Manicka is running Yoga lessons first thing in a morning and we are managing to explore this beautiful area of Portugal.
