So Much for Breakfast
Stormy and raining here today - makes it that little more difficult to drag oneself out of bed. Just cornflakes, fruit etc. Can't seem to get hold of porridge over here. Anyway the phone went, got up from the table to answer the phone in the entrance hall and when I got back my breakfast had gone! Yes, you've guessed it, Angel had instigated the 'raid' with Xena and Nakita close behind.

OK, the sun is now out so I'm off to the hospital now - Jini has asked me to bring some of my 'home cooking' to her. I'm afraid hospital food is no better over here:-)). Must remember to check that the cats are 'secured' before I leave the flat. I'll need to get back at around 2pm today so that phone calls can be made to Singapore.

...And before I forget - congratulations to 'Grandad Barnish' who now has a baby granddaughter Ruby - good one Robert, who'd have thought it. Thanks for letting me know. I have just the photograph for you, taken only yesterday. You may just be able to work out that it's a Stork nesting on the block of flats opposite my window.
